In most cases, the existing covering needs to be stripped back to a clean, stable deck. GRP requires a solid, dry OSB or plywood base to bond to properly. If the existing deck board is in good condition, we can overlay directly. If it is soft, damp or damaged, we replace it before installing the GRP system.
